CONNECT · BUILD · ADVANCE
A youth robotics community for the AI era.
A place to explore ideas, build with others and grow through hands-on robotics.
OUR STORY
Brave Robotics Society is a non-profit community bringing together young people, families and mentors through robotics and hands-on learning.
Our aim is to offer a place beyond school and home where curiosity is welcomed, students can find people who share their interests, and progress comes from trying, making and helping one another.
Robotics is our starting point for a longer journey in technology. Our long-term direction connects engineering and coding with AI and autonomous systems, while keeping hands-on learning and student ownership at the centre.
Find people who share your curiosity. Learn with peers, coaches and families, and contribute to a community where asking questions and helping others are valued.
Turn ideas into mechanisms and code. Test what happens, work through problems and learn to explain the choices behind your design.
Build on what you have learned. Take on new challenges, learn from feedback and use your growing experience to support others.
HOW WE LEARN
We encourage students to make their own design decisions, test their ideas and explain what they would improve. Coaches provide guidance and feedback while keeping students involved in the thinking and building.
Challenges and competitions give students a reason to prepare, collaborate and improve. We value what students learn along the way, not only the final score.

BRS activities take place at Bodwell High School in North Vancouver. We are grateful for the school’s support in providing space for students to build, test and learn together.
Visits are arranged in advance. Please contact BRS before coming to campus so we can confirm the activity location and access arrangements.
Respect for students, families, shared equipment and our host spaces is part of how we learn together. Student safety, fair participation and thoughtful communication come before results.
