Students must participate within the supervision arrangements established by the Society and follow school, competition-venue and partner rules. Unless expressly arranged, minor students must not leave the activity area without permission, engage in high-risk activity at the venue, or independently assume supervision, disciplinary, transportation or medical responsibility for other students.

Participation and Risk Acknowledgment
Robotics and related STEM activities commonly involve moving mechanical assemblies, tools, parts, batteries and charging equipment, field setup, lifting or carrying, movement around work areas, and competition or public-event environments. Brave Robotics Society uses reasonable safety, supervision and facility-management measures, but participation in real-world activities cannot eliminate every risk of accident, injury, equipment damage or other ordinary activity-related harm.
By submitting a student membership application or allowing the student to participate, the parent or guardian confirms that the applicable safety requirements have been reviewed and agrees to support the student in following safety rules, coach instructions and venue requirements. This risk acknowledgment is intended to support informed participation and is not intended to waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Unless the Society separately accepts responsibility for custody in writing, students and families are responsible for reasonably safeguarding personal phones, computers, tools, robots and other belongings brought to activities.

Students should promptly report accidents, injuries, unsafe conduct, equipment issues, harassment, bullying or significant safety concerns to a coach, volunteer lead or other designated adult. Students will not be retaliated against for making a good-faith safety or conduct report.
Where a concern involves serious misconduct by an adult or student, the Society may take immediate protective steps and, as appropriate, notify parents, the venue, event organizers or the appropriate authorities.
Responding to Conduct or Safety Concerns
For ordinary concerns, the Society will normally use communication, reminders, clarification of expectations, adjusted responsibilities or increased supervision first. Serious or repeated breaches of safety, respect, teamwork or venue requirements may result in restricted equipment use, removal from an activity, a requirement for parent attendance, suspension from training, cancellation of competition arrangements, or suspension/termination of program participation or Student Membership.
Parent / Guardian Acknowledgment
